ITSM 7.604 sp2 On the Service Request Console we cannot get the "Needs Attention" GIF to appear in the open requests table. This is the image that shows open on a users open request when they are being asked for more information. The image is part of the Application and I can see it listed under Support Files. I can save the image to my desktop and it looks correct.
