If you mean that sometimes the picture isn't displayed or with a red cross instead (telling that he didn't find the picture) then you can also edit some filters, they are named something like "SRM:REQ:UpdateStatusImage_155".
We had a server name like this:
servername.domainname
 
but the picture couldn't be found, it needed "servername". We had to alter some filters, for example:
SRM:REQ:UpdateNeedsAttentionImageOn
in the set fields we changed:
$SERVER$
To:
LEFT($SERVER$,STRSTR($SERVER$,"."))
This way we stripped the "servername.domainname" to "servername".
 
There are other filters calling pictures as well, it's something begining like:
SRM:REQ:UpdateStatusImage_155
