You need to do more than that....I just went through this fortunately - You need to make sure the field is on the source form (I believe that one is on HPD:Help Desk but is hidden).
Then you also need to add it to copy that field to NTE:SYS-NT Process Control Then you need to alter the workflow that replaces the text - I think it is this but there may be more.
