Hi, I wish there was a simple answer to your question, but when you start talking about integrating to workflow systems, it is never simple in my experience. In a nutshell, you need to 1 - talk to process owner(s) and users on each side to identify what the process is that is meant to be supported by the integration 2 - identify the touchpoints betwen the processes on each side 3 - define field mapping 4 - define data values mapping 5 - choose the integration method (most likely web services) 6 - develop the integration code 7 - present back to users and process owners. depending on their feedback proceed to 8 or go back to 1 8 - go live
