Marc,

This is only if you really felt it was worth trying, but you could maybe have 
the main fields in your form be surrounded by identical boxes with different 
background colors (hidden by default) that are made visible on Window Open 
based on the operation ($OPERATION$ = "QUERY" for search mode, for instance).

I have done that not for this particular scenario, but have done it on Display 
to help visually differentiate between types of requests.

Not that I know of...it wasn't deemed 'web appropriate' I guess to change the 
colors based on mode....White is much more web centric...but they left the 
toolbar color for us old school people that like it :)

Toolbar'. I can see that toolbar fine. In RUT, depending on the Window Type, 
the window will be a different color. For example, the default colors for 
Display is Grey, Search is Blue and Modify/New is Green.

Can this be brought to the web?
