Hi, we are looking at this issue and the data stored in the Person ID field in the CTM:People WorkLog form is the entry ID of the Person record in the CTM:People form. So there are no data issues here.
In addition, if you are validating CTM:LoadPeopleWorkLog records against people records on the CTM:LoadPeople form then you need to ensure that the records on the CTM:LoadPeople form are validated without error. I suggest to log a support issue if you have further problems loading data this way we can take a look at the data in question.
