I misread your email, I was thinking different homepages for different people rather than multiple homepages for one person. If it's custom applications, why not put links to the other forms on your custom consoles? Alternatively, if you set those forms as Entry Points they will show up in the Applications flyout menu on the left side of the screen and be easier to get to from there (providing your custom homepages are developed to include the Applications flyout menu.)
