AR System permissions - have you checked the whole workflow on that angle? That's one of the things I can think of where you won't get an error if a user does not have permissions to fire a piece of workflow that is supposed to fire while its performing that action.. I can't think of another scenario where you won't get an error when the system is processing the workflow. I can replicate the "nothing happens but I can't find any indication as to why it don't work. I have checked the active link logs and there aren't any errors in the log. Like chasing a ghost. Don't want go to BMC Support because all I get is "send us the logs" and "we don't see a problem". Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
