Hi folks, i'd need of an official document by BMC that describe the licence management type of Remedy. in particulary BMC:Incident Mgmt User Floating.
i.e. Bmc Remedy 7.1 1. when a user do login,the system checks the availability of license (checks Write Pool) if a license is available this is 'detached' (assigned to the user logged in)! 2. the release occurs at the time of logoff I hope i'm clear !!!
