if you have cleared the cache, and then the cache is rebuilding, but not having
the changes in question, then the source that the mid-tier is using doesn't
have the changes either....I assume there are multiple Remedy servers....and
Mid-Tier is pointing to the LB name for them...so there is no real way to tell
which Remedy server Mid-Tier is getting its cache from....but it sounds like a
suspect AR Server....but that's just a guess.

Morning LJ,

Nope, its out of the load balancer for now (so my users are not affected).

is there any chance that your load balancer is doing any caching?

Morning, afternoon and evening all,

Last night we modified the Change console (to display a couple of more fields
on the table) on our 7.6.4 system.

On two of our three mid-tiers (after flushing cache) the changes show up, on
the third one not so much.

We have also stopped tomcat, cleared out the physical cache, restarted tomcat
and then cleared cache again, with no luck.

Also we did try different browsers, users and clearing local cache.

All three mid-tiers, are on the same versions of everything.

Any Ideas?
