Hi all, we made the Upgrade to AR Server 7.6.0.4 SP5 and ITSM 7.6.04 SP4.
We added some columns to SHR:OverviewConsole and then we run the Sync cache of Mid-Tier (not the flush cache) to make the changes visible through the Browser, but we did not see the changes we made, when we log in the system through the Mid Tier.. Is it necessary for us carry out the flush cache of Mid Tier to make the changes available? Is it not enough the Sync cache ? Thanks in advance. Best regards.
