Hi

When we started working with Remedy didn't we install any languages other than 
English - stupid I know. Now we need to add all of them on the existing 
environment. I would like to get your - oh mighty ARSList members - experiences 
of doing this and what those where. How long did the actual upgrade take and 
did you stumble into any difficulties.

These are our modules:

ITSM                      7.6.04 SP2
AR Server            7.6.04 SP4
Atrium CMDB    7.6.04 SP2
SLM                       7.6.04 SP1
SRM                       7.6.04 SP 2
RKM                      7.6.04 SP 2
iBSRD                    7.4

We are running AR on AIX, midtier on Linux and the database is Oracle 11.
