Good afternoon: We are in the process of integrating IBM JAZZ with BMC Remedy ARS with the intent of retaining functionality of both platforms. Specifically we aim to allow for cross-population of shadow-tickets / work items as well as value sets derived from the Remedy repository.
Has anyone attempted and/or succeeded in doing so, and if so, we would love to open a dialogue with you.
