Boom, you hit the nail on the head David. I find it interesting that Target uses ServiceNow for ITSM. It’s probably connected in some way. I can see the SNOW people using this as fodder for the follow up PR newswire that says… Target replaces BMC automation suite with ServiceNow to enhance security, improve automation, etc…
