These entry points are "Activelink Guides" and can be seen in Developer Studio. Just search for names containing "entrypoint" and you'll get most of the standard ones. The form to which the entry point leads is typically the Primary Form for the guide.
Disabling these should remove the entry point for all users. On the other hand, you could also overlay the ALG and add permissions so that only Administrators can see them.
