Development cache mode is intended for servers whose main purpose is application development. It is unsuitable for servers with many application users in a production environment because user operations are blocked when administrative operations, such as form and workflow changes, occur. This is especially noticeable when many structures are changed, such as when an application is imported. This often gives the false impression that the server is hung. -----Original Message----- From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:arslist@ARSLIST.ORG] On Behalf Of Prathap Pb Sent: Wednesday, March 26, 2014 8:01 AM To: arslist@ARSLIST.ORG Subject: Significance of Development cache mode
** Hi Experts, Can you someone let me know the significance of "Development cache mode". Does this have an effect on the application server performance ? When this option needs to be enabled ? How is this different from the normal mode ( dev cache mode = disabled) ?
