Hi folks, I have just installed the version 8 ITSM Single Stack version.
It seemed to go well. Hovever during the install it asked for a AR Server licence key to use, well I think that's what it asked for. No problem I though, went onto the BMC licence site and generated a Trial 30 day server key to use just to get us up and running. Once the install had finished I logged into the server only to find it was in evaluation mode. Odd I thought. So I navigated through to the server config and the "Add Licences" options. I notice that when I created the trial licence on the BMC site it asked for the Host Id and auto filled the support contract id. However the Add Licence bit of the server config does not asked for either of these to be input. Have I got something wrong?
