Hi I am trying to apply the above patch but the installer errors with :-
" - Another instance of BMC Remedy Action Request System has been detected on sjc-w28vm-ar01 in path: C:\Program Files\BMC Software\ARSystem. Changing the install location is not allowed. Click Previous and specify the same location. There is no server called sjc-w28vm-ar01 what is going on?
