yea....I understand why BMC named it 'Remedyforce', to capitalize on the
'name' of Remedy, but I've had countless people say 'So, you know Remedy,
how do I do this in Remedyforce'....it's tough explaining to them that
Remedyforce, despite it's name is NOT Remedy
