Hi Dan, Thanks for compiling the complete RUG list, very interesting.
We had a pretty good RUG in Australia in 2000. It was called the Asia Pacific Remedy User Group and went from May 1-4 2000 at the ANA Hotel in Sydney. I'm pretty sure this was the only one run by the user group and of a similar scale to the ones held in the US. I guess the organiser was the Sydney Remedy User Group, not Remedy Corp though they did support it, just as BMC have supported recent user run RUGs. I think that this RUG should be counted as one of the official RUGs and provide credit to toward the RUG count on the conference IDs assuming BMC retains this RUG feature.
