Ayushi,

After you check what Doug recommended, you may want to make sure that the
user which is running the arserver and plugin processes has read/write
permission to the directories which store the log files (have your system
admin check if you don't have direct access to the server[s]). If the user
running the server processes doesn't have access you won't be able to pull
down the logs...

Just a thought!
