Hello Listers, I have a question for all of you. I am trying to find any kind of documentation on a BMC Remedy verses HP Service Manager side by side comparison, no matter how old and out of date it is. Would you have any ideas where I can find these kinds of documents? I am working with a team here at HP and we have been tasked to compare BMC Remedy's products to HP Service Manager to determine which is the better product to use for a new startup project.
Any help pointing me in the right direction would be appreciated.
