I like Jon's suggestion a lot. With Agile being the thing to do these days, it would be nice to have some Kanban or Scrum board within Remedy. I was just talking with one of our business units in Europe the other day showing them the Remedy tool and one of the questions that was asked was whether it had a Kanban or agile tracking.
