Good Morning I have an Analytics 7.6.06 server that was previously installed on a Windows 2008 R2 with a SQL database. The servers seem to be up and running and I can log into the CMC as well as the BI Launchpad as well as the Universe designer.
The issue I am having is that the Universe does not exist and there are missing ITSM reports. The folders under \Filestore\Input folder do not exist. I re-ran the Analytics 7.6.06 with the hopes that it would re-add the universe and reports. This did not fix the issues. Is there a way to get the ITSM Universe as well as the reports back if there were no backups?
