Hi,
Windows server 2008 is known to have some issues with permissions on temp
directories.
>From the log it's obvious artifactory can't see the tmpdir. If you don't
manage to solve the permission issue, please have a look at this
solution<http://forums.jfrog.org/issues-running-Artifactory2-1-1-On-Windows-2008-Server-td3920803.html>offered
by one of artifactory users.
