I have solved very similar issue. Here are instructions. Go to ARTIFACTORY_HOME\bin edit wrapper.conf add line "wrapper.java.additional.NEXT_NUMBER=-Djava.io.tmpdir=WHAT_EVER_U_LIKE" <---- I have c:\Temp run UninstallService.bat as Administrator run InstallService.bat as Administrator try to upload big file to artifactory.
