Hi Mark,

the "Advanced Settings" tab for a remote repo contains fields for the username 
and password of the remote repo 
(http://www.jfrog.com/confluence/display/RTF/Advanced+Settings) -- is that what 
you're looking for?  We use those fields between our site and others, and they 
do the job for us.
