Hi, I had a similar issue: My situation was that curl returned “connection reset by peer” and aborted the download. I found that this was not related to Artifactory, since also downloads that were hosted directly on Tomcat (no Artifactory) stalled. I’ve increased connectionTimeout in server.xml (http://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-7.0-doc/config/http.html) to one hour. After this change those downloads that stalled and terminate before now paused for several minutes and then continued. So I guess it was a network issue.
