The most probable cause to your issue is a mismatch between your
repository’s layout definitions and the actual layout of your build.

If you are using the UI, first of all check what is the layout definition of
your repository:
    Admin -> Repositories -> [repository_name] -> edit -> Basic Settings
    Check that the ‘Repository Layout’ is set correctly (in your case,
‘ivy-default’).
If there is a mismatch, for example, it is set on ‘maven default’, thats the
issue.

But, in any case (even if there is no mismatch), go to Admin -> Repository
Layout  and check what are the layout definitions for your repository. make
sure that your build conforms to the pattern of that layout.
You can test it in the ‘Test Artifact Path Resolution’ section.
