*Position's Contributions to Work Group:* Responsibilities: The Voice
Analyst will have primary accountability for IPT / voice systems support
(level I / II). Support must be completed adhering to all processes and
procedures and all documentation requirements. This role requires a very
high degree of competency and experience with network and telecommunication
voice systems in a large enterprise environment. Primary duties include:
Timely resolution of IPT related issues while maintaining a high degree of
customer satisfaction; maintenance, monitoring and support of all IPT and
voice system infrastructure; IPT System administration; provide after-hours
on-call support on a rotating schedule; perform system updates and upgrades
during non-business hours (weekends) .
*Typical Day:* When candidate arrives they are daily operational support
will be resolving incidents from a cue, phone calls from customers.
Standard maintenance upgrades to infrastructure patching maintenance and
updates
*Critical Technical Skills:*
• Current Voice /* Networking related Cisco certifications *are highly
desired (CCVP, CCNP Voice, Cisco Voice and Unified Communications
Administration (ICOMM), etc. • Experience with *Cisco Call Manager* and
Unity required • Experience with working with *TAC (opening cases,
following up cases, following TAC direction)* • Experience with telephony
cabling, routing and trunking, configuring/troubleshooting VG224, etc.. •
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills Most have Bachelors degree
or 3 to 5 years work experience Desired Skills:
*Soft Skills Required:*
• Effective communicator : The ability to document procedures, communicate
issues, transfer knowledge • Excellent time management and work
prioritization skills • Ability to work across cultural boundaries globally
• Customer focused • Team player requiring minimal supervision, with
ability to draw on the expertise and knowledge of the team to deliver the
best solutions • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative
environment • Ability to deliver results, meet commitments and agreed
deadlines
