Well - I think my first post on this List was asking how was any deal for City property done without an appraisal. I even found case law holding that governmental deals could be undone in NJ when no appraisal was done before the transfer. So that's what I say. I have never heard of one appraisal sought by this Council in almsot 4 years. It's shocking, frightening, stupid and illegal. I say we need a new council.
