Maybe the correct group would be a taxpayers association where the
income and expenses of the City Administration can be questioned as a
priority. All City decisions are reflected as an impact on either
income, expenses, or both. Possibly this type of watchdog group over
the past four years would have been a valuable addition to the
Cityscape. Maybe many of the current issues would have been more
favorably resolved in favor of the City residents. This is what is
needed for the City now and for the future.
