couple of questions: 
what is the size/price talk of the 33% of these units that will be 
market rate? Should it just be assumed that these will get tax 
abatements as well? And is it purely coincidental that the lead 
developer on this project is based out of Lakewood, the same city as 
the lead developer on the oceanfront?
