And the point is - so what if it is intentional.  I don't get the problem even if it's true.  Aren't people allowed to buy property that's for sale?  Aren't people allowed to band together and buy property - I've done it.  I don't even understand the point of the rumour in the first place.  We all bought here.

Makes no difference to me. I only brought it up because it was rumored
to be intentional. My NJ data sources are not good, but when I use
them, it seems Joe is right, the Italians are taking over.
