Am I allowed to post? JJ, I don't want to piss you off, but looking
back at your postings, you have spoken on everything from band uniforms

Werner, no I don't. It doesn't seem to exist anywhere (except in a
locked vault) and wasn'teven included in the version of the documents
given to me by the city. However, Aaron confirmed with regard to the
Triangle, that the adjacent streets go with the parcel itself and there
is no separate consideration for these streets. So you see, not only
does Asbury Partners get the underlying sites, but they get even larger
parcels. With regard to the Triangle, it winds up doubling the amount
of units that can be developed there.
