I live here with my three kids 7,4 and 2 and have never had anyone be
anything but welcoming from every resturant to every shop.
I stand by my previous post, there is nothing wrong, and alot of good
things, with having kids in Asbury Park.

The master developer is not the person to talk to if you want to live here,
talk to the people.
The master developer want to get as much money possible without proving to
the town that by doing so he will be a burden. Having 3000+ condos filled
with school age kids would put a huge burden on the school system, thay
can't have people thinking that that will happen, so the marketing has to
look different.
