I don't believe a Continuing Political Committee registered with the New Jersey
Election Law Enforcement Commission can make such an expenditure. Since you
think it's a such a good suggestion however, I'm sure you'll research it and
let us know what you learn. And then I'm sure you'll send request letters to
all the other political organizations involved in the 2005 campaign such as
"Friends of Asbury Park."
