You give the people of New Orleans no credit! the majority of Blacks OWN their homes, are Black Professionals and RUN the City! You don't have a clue how much power they have! They have a creep for a governor and she will be ONE-term, if not, they'll ignore her anyway! If they threaten these people WHEN they return home and they will, developers will have a FIGHT on their hands! See what happens when you treat people like savages, what happens? This is not the usual behavior of ordinary blacks! No food, no water, no rescue for 5 days! Condi Rice is an Aunty Tomasita! What a B****! She does NOT speak for ANY Black Person here or in the South! All I can say is the Blacks will RE-TAKE their city! No Gays or Whites can overcome THEM!
