There is plenty of blame to share in Katrina and not just at the federal level; first and foremost is the lcoal level; New Orleans has traditionally been one of the most corrupt cities in the nation; they were to be the first responders and they did not have a clue as to what to do; next the state of LA also f***ed it up and certainly the feds screwed things up as well....enough blame to go around
