A distinction without a difference I suggest. How can someone be a legitimate candidate for an office that they cannot assume? Can the Governator be a presidential candidate? No. Term limits just another one of the many elections/voting limitations. There used to be a law that you had to own property to vote. That is no different (in that it is a limitation) than a minimum age for voting. You just don;t like the specific law. ------------------------ Yahoo!
