The City Council has appointed its outside professionals for 2006.
Appointed were: James Aaron, redevelopment attorney, $100,000; Fred
Raffetto, city attorney, $100,000; McManimon & Scotland, bond and
redevelopment attorney, $100,000; Samuel Klein (David Kaplan),
auditor, $80,000; DeSeno & Kunz, workers compensation, $50,000; Bart
Cook, workers compensation and conflict, $10,000; Harry Haushalter,
tax appeals, $50,000; Keith Bonchi, tax foreclosures, $25,000; and Pam
Brodowski, appraisals, $25,000.
