will be crying to council that he needs another abatement to cover the
unforeseen costs of screwing Asbury's residents, the unimagined costs
of infrastructure, the resistance of tenants to occupy his pavilions,
the unbudgeted costs of hoardings and boarding up CH and the Casino to
keep the curious away and the skyrocketing price of puke yellow paint.
There will be no winners, everyone will be a loser and the history
will be an obscenity.
