I am trying not to be rash as I am typically but to digest it before commenting. What I do notice is that there is a stark difference between the $30+ million that Asbury Partners said (December 2004 council meeting) it would take to renovate the Casino and what is shown here. But perhaps, I am not reading correctly (yet). Also, notice that the renovation of the 5th Ave Pavillion starts the clock to complete all the pavillions within 4 years. Well why are not those costs added together and then the 25% of liquid funds calculated on that higher number? Were we only talking about $6 million? I don't think so. I think it costs tens of millions to do what they are supposed to do. Curious to say the least. Yahoo!
