The what does that say about the city's appraiser Molliver? By law 
they must make an offer based upon their highest appraisal. That was 
$330,000. So if they agree to pay $600.000 was Molliver wrong? 
Your "starting low" doesn't fit in with an appraisal being done. If 
that is their aim and that was the directive to Molliver then 
whoever is running the condemnation (it is supposed to be the city 
and not Fishman) and Molliver should be thrown out on their asses. 
Stick to school board issues, your slip is showing on this one.
