like the lease terms. You go 7 blocks down and you run into the same
landlord. You go 3 blocks west and you run into the same landlord."
Fear not; The Partners are so incompetent they are near guaranteeing
the failure of the condo development with their short-sighted, penny
pinching, amateur attempt at development.
As the boardwalk buildings continue to rot, visitors grow increasingly
weary of Asbury's slogan "wait till next year" and those condos most
dependent on the failed retail reflect in price the bad buys they are,
Larry, Moe and Curly will be forced to take what they can get to
unload this mess.
Only then will the waterfront stand a chance of realizing its "new
day"; unfortunately, that'll be around 2022. Looks like Asbury's
Beirut is in no danger of being forgotten.
