I found this post puzzling, when Howard Beach, NY residents, are still targeting Black Males and killing or beating them to death! It's what Blacks called "lynching", because they see Black lives as expendable. The case you cite, should be blamed on the NY Legislature, for closing facilities for the mentally ill, just as Marlboro was closed here. Was the doctor who blew his building up, just as mental?
