Worker charged with DWI in city-owned car 08/8/06 SEA BRIGHT — A civil engineer for Asbury Park has been charged with driving while intoxicated after the 2006 municipally owned sport-utility vehicle he was driving caused a chain-reaction accident on Saturday, police said. Ruben Trejo Jr., 41, was taken to police headquarters following the accident and refused to take a breath test, Capt. Steven Spahr said Tuesday. Trejo was traveling on Ocean Avenue when the white Dodge Durango of which he was the driver struck another vehicle that was stopped in traffic, Spahr said.
