Hello Group:
All I want to do is build a 12x24 driveway, 10x12 deck with dome, roofing and an 8x10 shed in my wheelchair bound senior mom's backyard.
However, To get an AP PERMIT, I need the survey of the property done in 1977. And my pending Alzheimer's mom's mind can't recall where it is, or if she ever had one..
Does anyone know how to locate a land survey by the late William F Comstock, Jr. from Shark River? The closing lawyer is also dead. But Our deed from 1977 makes reference to the survey. Yet, I was told the AP Engineer wants an original Land Survey or a new one costing $675 with stakes....HELP!!!
