The town and city both have the same problem.
They have the key to the vault and they are the spenders and the
watchdog.
Like sticking candy at the cash register with the kid screaming for
it and more.
And think, you still haven't been hit with a tax hike yet and you
still have my favorite topic - those Abbott dollars.
One billion in tax dollars and nothing (or little) to show for it.
Give it to real people and the town might of had a few bright spots.
