I agree. This is what many of us have been asking for - a moratorium on any more takings. The redevelopers have been successful in throwing up the smoke screen that anyone who questions the process is anti-redevelopment. Unfortunately, way too many people were eager to swallow a simple explanation rather than think through what critics had to say.
