I agree. This is what many of us have been asking for - a moratorium 
on any more takings. 
The redevelopers have been successful in throwing up the smoke screen 
that anyone who questions the process is anti-redevelopment. 
Unfortunately, way too many people were eager to swallow a simple 
explanation rather than think through what critics had to say. 
I've got some more on the hotel sale, which I'll be posting on my 
site.

Kara homes filed today and only a matter of time before more follow
